TEMPEST TRADE SERVICES Ltd operates a simple RETURN policy.

You can return any product without any fuss if the item(s) are in new, unused condition, wth original packaging intact within 14 days of purchase date. Please note, if the packaging is not intact, including internal wrapping then we may deduct the cost of new packaging from the refund value. We have the buy the packaging again in this circumstance.
