New Generation - 2026 Single Shot Slingshots

A new Generation of Slingshots , designed on the same basis as the Falcon SX-1 slingshot but the new design instruction was specific in detail. This model had to have a longer pull for more band stretch and force, and the ability to fit higher strength bands, don't use heavy linear rods so far far lighter, and much easier to build and use. This is the result:

Explainer:

Unlike the normal extendable /  retractable kits, such as the Storm, Dragon Slayer, VSS, and Tempest, which require you to stretch the bands around 500mm to be loaded, and that requires some force, which means that thinner bands have to be used on those models, such as 2040 round band sets or 0.75mm thick flat band sets. Any bands thicker or of a bigger diameter could ntt be used because the pull force required would be too high.

This new generation has a slider magazine that slides right up to the slingshot head so multiple, and thicker band sets can be utilised, giving a far, far greater FPS than previous models and they do not require massive arm strength because your foot does the hard work of stretching the bands.
